The so-called Danish Guantanamo-prisoner who the
Danish Minister of Foreign Affaires made a substantial effort to get released
has now made his points clear, just as expected from here:
In the last days his has been the TV-hero by telling
the public that in the ongoing Jihad you could kill the Danish Minister of
Foreign Affaires and Danish Minister of Defence, and attack the
Danish military installations too.
Next evening we have to listen to one of media-experts
on constitutional law. With a smiling Jørn Westergaard to tell us
that the former Guantanamo-prisoner has the right to say the things he did on
TV, to make such threats. They are not event real threats, says the Danish
Prime Minister, refered by DRTV. "We have again misunderstood what is
going on: We are mixing religion and politics", we are told.
But we certainly are not mixing anything - not even
gunpowder. The problem that not even the Danish Prime Minister realizes is that
Islam is both a religion and politics at the same time.
After Martin Luther: We have to admit, even our Prime
Minister has to admit, the constitutional law implies a state. The father of
the prisoner is Algerian, his mother Danish, and Denmark is not at war
with Algiers. “Perhaps Denmark is at war with Denmark”.
At the beginning of the war in Iraq we told the
central media that the Iraqis in Denmark had to be sent home or to be
interned, because they legitimated could kill any Dane here in the ongoing war
in Iraq. Nothing happened. Yes something happened, indeed: The Danish state
suddenly gave residence permits in advance to more than extra 9.000 Iraqis and
Afghans - they had seeked this permissions like other economic immigrants from
South Asia and Africa have done all over Europa since the beginning of the
1980s. Afew days ago it has been decided that they can stay permanently in
Denmark, because the Iraqi government foreseeable has no intentions to take
them back freely.
Now the question is if we Danes are allowed to say
what we want about the immigrants, also about their lives and death -
notice: Denmark has two sets of laws on insult - practically you are
not allowed to say anything, if the judge is of correct view too - and be sure
he is, because he would not have been, if he was not.
The Guantanamo-prioner obvious is allowed to say what he wants
according to the media-expert.
And we have not finished. Yesterday the former
Guantanamo-prisoner now hero proclaimed on TV (we hear him every evening
apparently in order to give the Jihad-warriors in Denmark even more hopes) that
he intent to go to Chechenia to fight Jihad. The terms for his release
from Guatanamo did also talk about such an issue. "But does it
matter?" The Danish, the Norwegian and Swedish states obvious
contribute to terror (read the following two links). At the same time these
states tell their allies that they are certainly fighting terror. For sure?
